Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, phone, email, ZIP code, details about your patio or project, photos you upload, and messages, when you submit a form, call, text or email.
- Referral partner information: brokerage, license number (optional), counties served, for the realtor referral program.
- Marketing attribution: the ad or link that brought you here (UTM parameters, Google click ID “gclid”, Meta click ID “fbclid”, referral codes), the page you landed on and the referring site. This is stored in your browser’s local and session storage for up to [REVIEW: 90 days] and sent with any form you submit.
- Cookies and pixels: this site uses the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag (Google tag). They set cookies to measure visits, calls/texts and form submissions and to measure ad performance. Google Analytics is not currently installed. [REVIEW: confirm wording and opt-out links]
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare quotes and 3D designs, schedule visits and deliveries, manage referral partner credit, follow up about your project, and measure which ads and pages work.
Calls and text messages
When you submit a form you agree that Mark Mayfield of Paradise Grills may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. [REVIEW: TCPA consent wording and opt-out process]
Who we share it with
- Form delivery: form submissions are saved to our customer database (Base44) so Mark can follow up, and Mark is notified by email. If that service is unavailable, FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the submission by email instead. [REVIEW]
- Paradise Grills, for quotes, orders, delivery, warranty and financing. [REVIEW]
- Advertising and analytics providers (Google, Meta) as described above, if enabled.
- Financing partners only if you choose to apply. [REVIEW]

Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing mmayfield@paradisegrills.com. You can clear stored attribution data by clearing your browser storage, and you can opt out of ad personalization in your Google and Meta settings.
