Jacksonville-area realtors & brokers · Mark Mayfield’s personal program
The buyer got the keys. The yard is still empty.
Refer that client to Mark Mayfield at Paradise Grills. You make the introduction; Mark handles the conversation, the order and the delivery. You earn a referral on the subtotal when it delivers.
Mark Mayfield’s personal referral program. Not a Paradise Grills company-wide offer, and not a homeowner page.

How it works
Four steps. You never spec a kitchen.
- Refer. After the keys, or anytime a client wants an outdoor kitchen, send them to Mark.
- Your card goes with them. The client presents your business card or your information to Mark or one of his associates. No card, no credit.
- Mark does the work. He or an associate runs the conversation, the free 3D design, the order and the delivery.
- You get paid. On Mark’s next pay cycle after delivery, or the cycle after that.
The math
What one referral pays.
Examples, not a price list and not a promise of how many you will close. The referral is figured on the subtotal, not the entire project cost.
| Kitchen subtotal | Rate | Your referral |
|---|---|---|
| $25,000 | 2% | $500 |
| $40,000 | 3% | $1,200 |
| $50,000 | 3% | $1,500 |
| $60,000 | 3% | $1,800 |
Four referrals at a $40,000 subtotal are $4,800. Plus your own price: realtors and brokers get 15% off any of our appliances, the same discount a contractor gets. It doesn’t replace the 2% or 3% when your client buys a kitchen.
Why it helps your business
Listings, closings and the client who already moved in.
Listing photos with a backyard
A finished outdoor kitchen gives the listing a backyard to photograph: a lanai bar built for the house, not a cart rolled in for the photos. Sellers who want the upgrade before listing can talk to Mark, and the free 3D design shows them the result first.
A better closing gift
You already send something after closing. Send the outdoor kitchen conversation instead. Ask Mark whether your 15% appliance price can apply to a gift for a client. [VERIFY WITH MARK]
Income after the keys
Your side of a sale pays when the house closes. A client who already closed can still pay you: the referral is credited when their kitchen delivers.
A product clients say yes to
304 stainless grills, Italian Avellero stone tops on welded aluminum frames, a limited lifetime warranty on the GSL-32 and GXL-45 grills, tops and frame, and white-glove delivery with up to six months of follow-up.
On resale: Zillow Research, as cited by Paradise Grills, found homes with outdoor kitchens can sell for up to 3.1% more than expected. “Up to” is a best case from one analysis, not a promise for any particular home; results depend on the home, the neighborhood and the market.
Market context: NEFAR reported 1,581 single-family closings across Northeast Florida in September 2026, down 9.5% from August (published October 8, 2026).

Under ten minutes
Mark walks you through it by text or a quick call.
He sends the models and the referral details. Then the outdoor kitchen is part of the conversation after closing, not a check you never asked for.
The rules, in full
- Mark Mayfield’s personal referral program for realtors and real estate brokers. Not a company-wide Paradise Grills offer.
- Referral: 2% of the subtotal below $30,000; 3% of the subtotal above $30,000.
- The client must present a copy of your business card or your information to receive credit.

- Realtors and brokers get 15% off appliances, separate from the referral.
- Payment method and paperwork: [VERIFY: paid through your brokerage where required · W-9 / 1099]
